About Sue
I have been helping buyers and sellers since 1979. I have seen so many changes. From 18% interest rates in 1980, to 2.5 in 2021. One thing that doesn't change is the happiness home ownership gives. My experience spans from first time home buyers using FHA or VA financing to the empty nester selling their family home and down sizing. For many years I worked in New Construction selling the homes in Avenbury Lakes, a 55 and over community in Avon. While there my son Nathan attending college at Kent State worked for us in the summers. After graduation he marketed and sold advertizing for AT&T. When his department moved out of state he decided to join me in the Real Esate business. We have partnered since 2010, bringing both our expertise to our buyers and sellers.
